Olaf Schmidt Has Been Named Vice President at Messe Frankfurt.

Olaf Schmidt has been named vice president, responsible for the textile fairs core area of competence, at Messe Frankfurt. A textile engineer with a master’s degree in business administration, Mr. Schmidt replaces Stephan Kurzawski, who has been acting as vice president of the textile fairs division in addition to his operational duties. He has worked in a number of positions and companies in the home and technical textiles segment and has most recently served as Messe Frankfurt’s director of sales and marketing.
